Meat Suit Philosophy

In closing, thank you for your time, your trust, and your support. Every referral, every conversation, and every connection is genuinely appreciated. This work is not just about offering insurance products — it is about expanding the conversation around holistic health management, informed healthcare decisions, and personal responsibility in your wellbeing journey.

You Are the Visitor in the Suit

Imagine the body is like a suit you wear, a covering from head to toe, allowing you to move through this physical world. Beneath it lives an unseen electric light, the true essence within you, quietly responsible for every experience, thought, and feeling.

i think of it like the wind. You cannot see the wind itself, yet you know it exists by what it touches, by what moves in its presence, and by the simple fact that you can breathe.

You are not merely your name either. Beneath every label, you are a unique and beautiful expression of life itself. And perhaps the greatest choice you have is where you place your attention and focus.

The Cycle of Life and Balance

Nature constantly demonstrates that vitality requires balance. A river that stops flowing becomes stagnant. Soil without water turns hard and cracked. A tree cut off from nourishment slowly withers. Human beings are not separate from these same laws, we are another expression of them.

The Principle of Rhythm (the fifth Hermetic law in The Kybalion) states that everything operates in continuous, pendulum-like cycles. Every action is followed by a reaction. All things ebb and flow, rise and fall.

Your body reflects what you feed it food, hydration, breath, movement, medical intervention, and thought all impact its function. If toxins accumulate without a way out, the body responds with symptoms: allergy, vomiting, inflammation, fatigue. These are not failures. They are signals. Your body cares more about keeping you alive than any doctor because its sole job is to give your consciousness a place to land for this life experience.

The Emotional Connection

Among all relationships, the most important is the one you have with yourself. The way you speak to yourself, care for yourself, and forgive yourself shapes every other relationship in your life.

Do not let emotions capture your life. Be the observer of them. Emotions are meant to serve you to teach you, help you grow, and deepen your understanding. They rise and fall like waves. Joy comes and goes. Grief comes and goes. Wisdom comes from recognizing that feelings are experiences passing through you, not the entirety of who you are.

Studies continue to show that emotional burdens affect the body profoundly. Unresolved grief, resentment, and guilt settle quietly within us, shaping stress, tension, and imbalance over time. Forgiveness does not mean agreeing with what happened sometimes it simply means releasing the burden so it no longer controls your spirit.

“Man’s greatest resistance is to good instruction.”

You Are a Bioelectric Machine

You are an incredibly designed bioelectric machine one of a kind. Every heartbeat carries electrical impulses. Every nerve communicates through electrical signals. Your body operates through delicate balances of minerals, hydration, energy, and frequency, working together continuously without conscious effort.

Note: If you are experiencing heart palpitations, rapid breathing, panic, anxiety, or nervous system overload take your shoes off, go outside, and ground yourself. Begin controlled breathing: 5 counts in, 5 counts out to synchronize the heart.

Your body depends on electrolytes — sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium to transmit signals properly. You are largely composed of water. Your blood plasma is a mineral-rich, electrically conductive fluid. In many ways, you are a living current flowing through a biological vessel. Treat it accordingly.

Ask Better Questions

When you become ill, whether suddenly or gradually, PLEASE ask deeper questions about the system surrounding your care. Is the goal to return you to health, to manage symptoms, or to maintain dependency on ongoing treatment?

Clinics, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and insurance systems are all part of a business structure as well as a care structure. That does not mean harmful intent BUT it does mean incentives exist alongside genuine care. Always ask: what is the goal, and what incentives exist within this system? Am i being processed like a medical express card? Is there any one DOCTOR that is managing my entire care, whole body, not just symptoms?

Seek practitioners who encourage education, prevention, accountability, nutrition, movement, and long-term vitality not only dependency. True health care should empower you to become stronger, wiser, and more capable of participating in your own healing journey.

This is where avoiding judgment becomes important enough to repeat. We rarely see the entire story of another person’s path, struggles, lessons, or purpose. What appears wrong, unfair, or painful today may eventually lead to growth, wisdom, or transformation tomorrow.

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways…” — Isaiah 55:8
everything revolves around you

Judgment hardens the spirit, while understanding softens it. Perhaps harmony is found not in demanding life move according to our expectations, but in learning to move with life itself trusting that even difficult seasons may hold meaning beyond what we can currently see.

Balance Is the Goal

There are very few guarantees in life, except that the physical body will eventually age, weaken, and return to the earth. What remains is the experience itself: what you learned, how you grew, and what you carried forward.

But here is what i know to be true most symptoms are caused by your environment, seen and unseen. Before assuming something is deeply wrong, look under the hood first. Think of it like engine oil. Nothing is wrong with the car except it needs oil and the warning light is simply the body doing its job, telling you something is missing.

Proper nutrition, vitamins, minerals, salts, and hydration play a MAJOR role in how you feel and function. When the body is deficient in something essential, it will tell you through fatigue, brain fog, muscle cramps, mood shifts, inflammation, and more. The good news is, deficiencies are findable and fixable.

Start with labs. Know what your body actually needs before reaching for solutions. i’ve put together a resource to help you get there without the runaround

The goal is not perfection. The goal is ‘harmony learning how to support the system you were given so it can function the way nature intended. Stay informed, ask questions, take responsibility for your choices but also allow yourself to enjoy the experience of being alive in this temporary and ever-changing form.

Everything has its place: traditional care, preventative care, alternative perspectives, and informed exploration. The intention is to help you see the full field of possibilities when navigating your health journey.

Have a blessed season. If there is anything I can help with, please do not hesitate to reach out that is why I am here.
